What does it take to sell high-end luxury apartments? High-end, beautiful video of course. The owners of Modera44 called upon Sprocket Media Works to craft a video highlighting the property for prospective tenants. Since a picture is worth 1000 words and video is worth exponentially more, we decided not to use a voiceover and let the images speak for themselves. The result is a beautifully shot and edited video that will certainly get the phones ringing. Our production strategy for this video involved a crew of 2 including a Producer/DP and a Gaffer/Grip. This small crew could move fast and keep the camera rolling resulting in a very cost-effective production for the client.
